Absolutely outstanding experience! From the very first message, the seller was incredibly kind, patient and professional. She took the time to discuss every detail of my custom wig, including the colour mix, hairstyle, cap size and measurements, and even consulted with her team to make sure everything matched my expectations. Throughout the whole process she kept me updated with photos and answered all my questions with great care. She even arranged a FedEx upgrade and helped me organize delivery to a pickup point, which was extremely helpful. The wig arrived safely, and I honestly like it even more than I expected. The quality is excellent, the human hair feels wonderful, and the result looks very natural. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a custom-made wig. Unfortunately I ordered a custom wig that I can't return. It just is not quite the look that I had imagined in the photo I sent
I like the wig. Good materials, great customer service. The quality is superb. However the size is still off. Have some extra to take in. And there is more hair that I need to frame my face. I hope after taking to the hairdresser it will take a desirable shape. Nevertheless happy with the piece and all the attention to details. Thank you.

I talked a lot with the sellers about what would be best for a hairstyle I was looking for, we had great communication despite the different time zones & they helped me out splendidly! We decided to make some adjustments to make it easier for me to style the wig to my liking which was free of charge. The wig is amazing for it's price, honestly, it's such a pretty color and amazing quality. It's synthetic but you honestly can't tell! Its super soft and looks very natural. The only small minus I have about this wig is that it was cut pretty choppy, but I will be cutting this wig a little anyway so it's not that big of a deal. Overall a lovely experience and I hope to shop here again for my next project! :)
