-Notice First: Products return without notice and pre-arranged with us will not be refunded.
-Return Period: Please contact us within 14 days after you received our products, and return the items within 30 days. Please contact us and we will provide a return address to you.
-Return Fee: The shipping fee cannot be refunded and return shipping fee will be paid by the buyers.
-Keep It Original: Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, make sure the returned wigs are in original condition and packaging. The wigs must not be worn, brushed, washed, restyled or the lace was cut. Otherwise, it cannot be refunded.
-Custom made items cannot be returned. And we do not accept exchange item.
-We will arrange the refund for you when the items arrived to us and has been inspected.
-Please keep the retuned delivery tracking number, if the items cannot be returned to our address without a trackable tracking number, we will not arrange the refund.
