-We do offer return service. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please notify us by email first. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
-Notice First: Products return without notice and pre-arranged with us will not be refunded.
-Return Period: Please contact us within 14 days after you received our products, and return the items within 30 days. Please contact us and we will provide a return address to you.
-Return Fee: The shipping fee cannot be refunded and return shipping fee will be paid by the buyers.
-Keep It Original: Make sure the returned wigs are in original condition and packaging. The wigs must not be worn, brushed, restyled or the lace was cut. Otherwise, it cannot be refunded.
-Custom made items cannot be returned. And we do not accept exchange item.
-We will arrange the refund for you when the items arrived to us and has been inspected.
-Please keep the retuned delivery tracking number, if the items cannot be returned to our address without a trackable tracking number, we will not arrange the refund.

-Handling Time: of the orders is around 1-5 working days.
-Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to you by email when your package has been dispatched. You can track the status anytime once the items were shipped.
-Upgrade Delivery: If you want to upgrade to speed post service, please contact us on message box or email: email@example.com, we can offer Fedex or other economy types of delivery service. We will let you know how to pay the extra cost.
-Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
About Changing Orders:
-The order cannot be changed if the items were shipped out.
About Returned Parcels:
-In case there are bounced back or returned packages caused by insufficient or incorrect address buyers provided, we can arrange to re-ship, but buyers will be charged for the re-ship fee. And if the buyer wants to cancel order in this case, we will still have to charge 10% cancellation fees. Shipping fee is not refundable.
About Theft Issues:
-If an order has been successfully delivered and showed “Delivered” on tracking, we would not be responsible for the reimbursement. Anyone who discovers a package has been stolen should call their police department immediately, and police will take a report and gather any evidence to further investigate the crime.
- If you won't be home when a package is delivered, consider having your stuff shipped to your office, or a store/post office for pick up.
